Expressive and impressively eroded guardian statue with hand tied to typical namaste greeting. Members of tribes  living in remote mountain valleys of western Nepal place those statues by the shrine entrances, dwellings, crossroads, dangerous mountain places, on house roofs etc. to protect them against evil powers, demons, illnesses, infertility   and other dagers.
